Bridgehampton Families,
The 4th & 5th grade students are very excited for the upcoming Frost Valley Trip! We are officially 1 week away!
As a final reminder, the bus will depart Bridgehampton School on Wednesday 11/13/19 @ 5 am from the front of the school. All students should arrive for check-in at the front of the school no later than 4:45 am. We will be leaving Frost Valley on Friday 11/15/19 @ 1 pm and should be arriving home around 6:30 pm. The staff will provide status updates during the trip via email and the Remind App on your phones. Those instructions are attached in this email as well. We will be stopping both ways on the bus halfway through the trip for food. Please provide your child with meal money for those two stops as well.
If you are providing your child with money and/or a phone card you can send those items in an envelope with your child's name and "Frost Valley Trip Money/Phone Card". Those envelopes can be returned to Ms. Rivera. I have also attached in this email the Frost Valley Store Items and their prices. The students at Frost Valley usually all look to buy a matching sweatshirt or shirt with their classmates or cabin group.
I also wanted to send out a final reminder of the standard supply list that is below as well:
4 pairs of underwear
4 pairs of socks
pajamas
2 pairs of walking shoes
raincoat
hat or hood
2 warm pants or jeans
1 jacket
1 heavy sweater

The final piece of information attached in this email is our basic itinerary for the trip this way you know where we are at different points in the trip.
We look forward to an incredible experience for our Bridgehampton students that they will remember forever!
