1.1 By the end of phase 1, AI and AR integrated curri maps including instructional modules and a multi-year timeline by grade will be developed and published on a district LTG website to be shared across all grades K-6. Modifications and additional materials will be published during phases 2
1.4 By the end of phases 2 & 3, student and teacher exemplars in the form of websites and eBooks highlighting project- based work across the curriculum by grade will be published on the district LTG website.
1.5 Beginning in Fall 2025 and 2026, (phase 2 & 3), participating teachers and students will create and implement a public newscast highlighting current classroom events and school and community news across the curriculum to support project dissemination.1.6 Beginning Sept 2025, (phase 2), a blended learning curriculum will be implemented with 11 classroom teachers and 5 teaching specialists.
2.3 Beginning summer of 2025, (phase 2 & 3), 11 classroom teachers and 5 teaching specialists will receive 18 hrs. of PD and 60 hrs. (10 days) annually of classroom modeling in the use of AI enhanced and AR tools to support literacy learning across the grades and core curriculum
2.4 During phases 2 & 3, at least 90% of the participating teachers will use at least three of the curriculum units from the district LTG website.
2.5 During phases 2 & 3, at least 80% of participating teachers will provide at least 2 turn-key professional development sessions with their colleagues on the integration of AI enhanced and AR tools to support literacy learning across curriculum.
2.6 Beginning fall of phase 2, and beyond the grant period, 90% of participating teachers will contribute to the published resource and materials on the district LTG website.
3.2 Over a two -year implementation period, (phases 2 & 3), at least 85 gr. K through 6 students will be engaged in a blended-learning approach in their daily classroom work that includes the use of AI enhanced and AR tools to support literacy across the core curriculum.
3.4 Beginning in the fall of phase 2, a cohort of at least 12 grades 2 through 6 students will develop and curate a monthly newscast of school and community current events across the curriculum.
3.5 Beginning in the fall of phase 2, a cohort of at least 12 grades 2 through 6 students will develop and curate monthly podcasts based on curriculum themes.
