Follow directions the first time they are given
Treat others as you would like to be treated
Respect others property and person (keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself)
Come to class prepared, and hand in all assignments on time.
Laugh with anyone, but laugh at NO ONE.
REWARDS CONSEQUENCES
Verbal praise 1. Verbal warning
Positive notes/phone calls 2. Removal from activity
Raffle tickets/weekly raffle 3. Last to be dismissed
Special privileges 4. Call to parent/ detention
5. Send to principal
Severe Clause: Discipline referral/ send to principal
GROUP REWARDS:
Friday Raffle- students can earn raffle tickets for good behavior, kindness, effort, leadership, actively participating in class, achievement and improvement on tests. Every other Friday, we will have a class raffle where students can choose from various prizes if their ticket is called.
There will be opportunities for the class to earn special privileges during the week, such as free time, computer time, movie and popcorn treat, etc. Good behavior and kindness as a whole will always be rewarded and recognized. We also run various incentive contests throughout the year geared toward choice reading and participation in our online programs, such as IXL and Achieve 3000.
