Visitor Expectations and Campus Conduct

We warmly welcome parents, alumni, partner schools, and guests to Brent International School. Visitors help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive campus environment by observing the following expectations.

Respectful Conduct

Speak respectfully to students, staff, coaches, officials, and fellow guests at all times. Concerns about students, officiating, or school matters should be directed to a Brent administrator. Visitors should not approach or discipline students directly, and disagreements should be addressed calmly through proper channels.

Supportive Spectatorship

Cheer positively and promote good sportsmanship. Please do not shout instructions to players during games, as coaching is the responsibility of the assigned coaches. Respect referees and event officials and show grace in both victory and defeat.

Campus Safety

Follow the guidance of security and school personnel regarding parking, seating, and restricted areas. Observe campus rules, including no food in designated areas and no cleats inside the gym. Young children must be supervised at all times. Pets are not permitted in student or common areas. Report any safety concerns immediately to school personnel.

Responsible Use of Technology

Be respectful when taking photos or videos, especially of students from other schools. Avoid posting comments or content online that may misrepresent events or individuals.

By observing these expectations, visitors help preserve a campus atmosphere grounded in respect, integrity, and care for one another.

Visiting Other Schools or Public Places: Represent Brent with integrity by following host rules and respecting facilities and community members.

Staff should communicate with students only through official school channels and should not connect with students on personal social media accounts. Parents should not discipline or message other students directly; concerns should be brought to the school.

In Person: Ask questions, engage thoughtfully, and consider different perspectives.
Online: Check the credibility of information before sharing it and consider the impact of your posts.
Visiting Other Schools or Public Places: Be observant, open-minded, and willing to learn from new experiences.

In Person: Use technology responsibly to support learning and communication.
Online: Protect personal information, respect privacy, and remain mindful of your digital footprint.
