The purpose of the project is to try to inspire and empower high school students to find solutions to real-world problems and change the world for the better. Our field of focus is on entrepreneurship and technology.
Currently the Philippines is behind in terms of technology and innovation with its neighboring ASEAN countries. We hope that through this initiative, we can contribute the bridging the gap.
We are hoping that this project will give students, who have not had access to valuable resources in entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem, the necessary tools to think about launching their own startups.
The events planned are as follows:
(a) A series of three (3) weekend workshops to provide insights and knowledge to entrepreneurship and technology.
(b) A pitch competition to have students present solutions to problems, such as the ones we experience in our daily lives (e.g. uber, grab, lazada, etc.)
Due to the covid-19 pandemic, many have resorted in selling products and providing services online. This is where we would need the creative thinking of our youth who are the future leaders in our society.
