• Brent will pick up each school at the airport and take them to their hotel.

• Teams check into their respective hotels and eat dinner in the surrounding area. (see restaurant options here)

• Breakfast at hotels

• 7:10 am - Buses depart hotels for Brent Campus

• 7:50 am - Opening Ceremonies - Theatre

• 8:10 am - Team Photos - Pavilion

• 8:30-9:50 am - Warm-ups

• 10:00 - APAC Swimming Events begin

• 5:45 pm -  Buses depart for hotels

• Dinner on your own

• Curfew at 10 pm

TUESDAY, January 21

• Breakfast at hotels

• 8:00 am - Buses depart hotels for Brent Campus

• 8:40 - 10:00 am - Warm-ups

• 10:15 am - APAC Swimming Events begin

• 5:45 pm - Buses depart for hotels

• Dinner on your own

• Curfew at 10 pm

WEDNESDAY, January 22

• Breakfast at hotels

• 7:30 am - Buses depart hotels for Brent Campus

• 8:15 - 9:35 am - Warm-ups

• 9:45 am - APAC Swimming Events begin

• 5:45 pm - Banquet begins - Atrium

• Coaches meet in U101

• 6:45 pm - Awarding and Recognition Ceremony - Theatre

• 7:30 - Buses depart for hotels

• Curfew at 10 pm

THURSDAY, January 23

Teams will be picked up 3.5 hours before departure and brought to the airport. The estimated ride to the airport is 30 minutes. If your team prefers an earlier departure time, please let us know.
