WEDNESDAY, November 12

• Teams arrive in Manila.

• Brent will pick up each school at the airport and take them to their hotel.

• Teams check in to their respective hotels and eat dinner in the surrounding area. (see restaurant options here)

• Curfew at 10 pm

THURSDAY, November 13

• Breakfast at hotels

• 8:20 am - Buses depart hotels for Brent Campus

• 9:00 am - APAC Orchestra daily schedule begins with Opening Ceremonies 

• 5:15 pm -  Students and Chaperone Buses Depart for hotels

• Dinner near your respective hotels

• 5:15 pm  - 6:00 pm - Directors Workshop with Lori Buonamici

• 6:10 pm - Directors bus departs for hotels

• Curfew at 10 pm

FRIDAY, November 14

• Breakfast at hotels

• 7:20 am - Buses depart hotels for Brent Campus

• 9:00 am - APAC Orchestra daily schedule begins 

• 3:30 pm - Buses depart for Cultural Excursion (EK - Enchanted Kingdom)

• 5:00 pm - Buses Depart from EK directly to hotels

• Dinner -   near your respective hotels

• Curfew at 10 pm

SATURDAY, November 15

• Breakfast at hotels

• 8:20 am - Buses depart hotels for Brent Campus

• 9:00 am - APAC Orchestra daily schedule begins

• 5:00pm - APAC Orchestra Concert 2025

• 6:00 pm -  Recognition & Closing Ceremony - Gym 1

• 6:30 pm - Banquet begins - Atrium or Cafeteria 

• 7:15 pm - Buses Departure for Hotels

• Curfew at 10 pm

SUNDAY, November 16

Teams will be picked up 3.5 hours before departure and brought to the airport. The estimated ride to the airport is 30 minutes. If your team prefers an earlier departure time, please let us know.
