If I am using it for a club or organization (with students), then-
The teacher should have full access to add and remove members, delete documents, and more. The students should have editing access to add documents in the Team Drive, but they cannot delete documents or remove members.
If I am using it with my colleagues (teachers) to share lessons and resources, then-
All teachers should have full access to add and remove members, to delete resources, and to upload resources.
