What is PBIS?
PBIS is a framework we use to create a positive and safe learning environment for all students. It's an approach that focuses on teaching and reinforcing good behavior, rather than just reacting to misbehavior. Think of it as a way to help our students grow into responsible, respectful, and resourceful people.
PBIS Rewards
To encourage this positive behavior, we'll be implementing a new reward system:
Individual rewards: Students will earn individual rewards once a month for demonstrating positive behavior.
Grade-level rewards: Each grade will have the opportunity to earn a collective reward once a month.
"eBucks" Store: Once a quarter, students can visit our PBIS Store to spend the "eBucks" they've earned on various items.
We're excited to see how these new incentives help our students shine!
