Picture of me.
My name is Michaela Dougherty, I grew up in Bremerton Washington, and I am a 8th grade math and Algebra 1 teacher. This is my tenth year at Mountain View Middle School, and I am here to answer any questions you may have. I graduated from Pacific University with Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Masters Degree in teaching also from Pacific University.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy knitting, crocheting, playing ultimate frisbee, and video games.

Your child will be signed up for a google classroom with me, and in there I will be posting the work the students did in class in a shared folder so it will be easily found I will also be saying the days homework in the post. You are able to join, as an observer, your student class and access the material.
This is a web based program that the district is uses to log into the various programs we use in math and other classes. The log in information is based off your students ID number and their normal log in password for example: StudentID@bsdstudents.org and their normal password. The website is here. Both Khan Academy and iReady can be accessed through Clever.
