A little about me...

I am Mr. Brown. I teach 7th grade ELA and 7th grade AVID. I have been teaching for 11 years now. I love playing music, football, hiking, biking and playing video games. I am the parent of two kids and three dogs.

I do love movies and going to concerts. Some of my favorite artists are Dave Matthews Band, Chance the Rapper, Zac Brown Band, Common, John Legend, and Mumford and Sons. Also, I love to talk about movies.

Remind Codes

This is an optional tool I use for students and parents to be reminded of work that might be due that week. You can just use your phone to sign up or go to the Remind website. Do not worry, phone numbers are not shared. It is a wonderful app that parents can use to message me as well if you have any questions.
