6th Grade Fitness

I am Ms. Szopinski and I am the 6th grade fitness teacher.

We are in unprecedented times and just as much as the kids are wondering how we are going to do fitness online, so am I. I am learning as I go also, basically we are all in the same boat together on this. I will do the best I can to help your child learn somethings that they can take with them for the rest of their lives on how to be healthy and stay healthy; whether that be mentally, physically, or emotionally. I hope that all children will have fun in fitness as well as learn how to make fitness a lifetime goal. We will try to find some forms of activity that your child can find enjoyable and continue to do even after they leave my class. If you have any questions ever about our class please don't hesitate to email me at sandy.szopinski@bremertonschools.org
