Our Code of Conduct

BEVHACKS 2025 is a safe and welcoming space for all students and attendees. We expect everyone to respect the rules of the hackathon and to treat each other with kindness and respect.

Here are some important guidelines to follow:

• Respect the building and spaces: Do not damage any property or leave any areas of the hackathon messy or unclean.

• Trespassing is not allowed: Stay within the designated hackathon areas and do not enter any off-limits areas.

• Be kind and respectful: Use appropriate language and behavior at all times. Bullying or harassing behavior will not be tolerated.

• Follow the rules: Follow any specific guidelines or rules provided by hackathon staff or venue staff.

• Have fun and learn: The hackathon is a place to create, innovate, and have fun. Let's make it a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone!

If you have any concerns or witness any inappropriate behavior, please report it to a hackathon staff member immediately. Hackathon staff can be identified by either hackathon sweatshirts or nametags.

We want BEVHACKS 2025 to be a fun and rewarding experience for all students. Let's work together to create a positive and respectful environment for everyone.
