Pathway Plans

As we work towards meeting collaborative standards and reflect on the evolutions of programming at each affiliate, it is important for each affiliate to accurately assess the strengths and growth areas of their program. As part of this process, we asked each affiliate to complete a 'Pathway Plan', a document that identifies specific standards to work on/highlight as areas of need for resource support from the Collaborative and/or the National Office.
