Breakthrough College Student Connections
Affiliates can use this "Breakthrough College Student Connections Sheet" to see all of the different colleges and universities where Breakthrough students attend, and to see how many student enrollment records/affiliates are at each school.
We also have a “College Student Connections User Guide” that provides information on the data used in the sheet as well as programmatic considerations and best-practices.

Breakthrough College Access and Success Google Space

Upcoming Virtual College/Scholarship Info Sessions Sheet
Add your upcoming virtual admissions presentations to this sheet and/or the Joint CB Directors Google Calendar, and invite your students to sessions hosted by other affiliates! Kudos to Wade for coming up with this idea as a way for us to open up our virtual admissions visits to students from other affiliates. Feel free to share the sheet with your students directly, but make sure that it is in view-only mode when shared (so nothing is accidentally changed/deleted). Additionally, here is a video that explains how to add events to the shared Google Calendar.
Breakthrough Community Builder Library
This is a live, editable sheet where affiliate staff can add community builder activities (think games, icebreakers, cheers, etc.) used at their sites. You can also use this library to find new community builder activities to try with your students!
College Access and Success Resource Search & Share Google Sheet
Have resources to share? Looking for a resource, lesson plan, handout, etc. to avoid reinventing the wheel? Check out the "College Access and Success Resource Search & Share" sheet! This sheet is editable and a space to share affiliate-created resources that may be useful to your colleagues. Resources do not have to be "perfect" to be added to this sheet- in fact, there are fields for you to note any "glows" or "grows" of your resource to help any colleagues who may be interested in adapting it for their site. This sheet will replace the Google Drive folder where affiliate-created resources were previously housed.

Breakthrough affiliate staff at sites without National College Attainment Network (NCAN) memberships can access NCAN's offerings via a Breakthrough Collaborative account. NCAN memberships include free webinars, professional development courses, access to weekly newsletters, a community of practice with other NCAN members, and discounted rates for conferences and events. For a walkthrough of NCAN's member benefits and member portal, check out this video.
