Once access is granted, or a file is delivered, the sale is final.

Because our products are intangible and immediately accessible, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

2. Exceptions

Refunds are only considered under the following rare circumstances:

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
