We know you work hard to make courageous citizenship the honored norm. Countless workshops, debates, and town halls happen because of you.
Now, here’s a skill-building workshop -- not just organized by you, but for you and your community. The Dignity Index workshop is a team-building opportunity, and your Alliance is the team.

What's Provided
Thanks to the partnership between Dignity.us and Braver Angels, a limited number (about twelve) of The Dignity Index workshop offerings are available to Braver Angels Alliances and their local communities. Participating Alliances will be provided:
A Dignity Index Workshop facilitator
A Braver Angels remote co-organizer
Marketing templates and resources
A post-workshop Alliance Activity Guide
What You'll Need
What You'll Need
A local coordinating team. You should provide a local volunteer or team of volunteers to be the local leads. In coordination with a Braver Angels remote organizer, you will handle the boots-on-the ground tasks such as scheduling, securing a suitable venue (for in-person workshops), and marketing the event.
After the workshop, you should also lead your Alliance in using the provided Activity Guides during meetings, and provide evaluation data and feedback to Braver Angels about the program.

Pitch this opportunity to your Alliance. This is an team-building opportunity, and your Alliance is the team. Are they on board? Consider partnering with other Alliances to maximize the opportunity.
Consider how this offering can boost your Alliance. The workshop is an excellent program to offer to the public. Can you use it as an open-house style recruiting event?
Identify one or more local coordinators. Braver Angels will help you co-organize behind the scenes, but we’ll need to work closely with a lead person on your end.

You may meet with a member of our team during the selection process. Once selected, you will work with your remote organizer to co-coordinate the scheduling of your facilitator, planning of your marketing and outreach, and evaluation of the program.
