Looking forward to helping you convert your walk / run activities into points and rewards with Bravera SOON!
First, we ask you to FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS and download Google Fit on your Android Phone, first.
But, for the time being, please follow the steps below.
Bravera requires a trusted and stable 3rd party to connect your walk and run data from your Android phone.
Please ensure to turn on / allow Google to track walk and run activities.
Click the Google Fit icon (or click here) to be taken to the Play Store and download & Set-up Google Fit. Allow Google Fit to track all our activities.
NOTE: Without installing Google Fit AND allowing tracking of walk and run activities ... no data will be sent to Bravera to be added to challenges and accumulate points!
If you don't turn this on ... it means Google Fit won't automatically track your walk and run distance ... and also won't send them to Bravera when you open the Bravera app to sync and convert the distance into points.
DON'T FORGET TO TURN THIS ON.
Once steps 1 and 2 have been completed. Download Bravera.
Follow the instructions to connect Bravera with your Google Fit account.
Once you're set up, general walk and run distance plus Strava data will be added to Google Fit ready for sharing with Bravera (but, activity distance will not be duplicated).
If you don't run with your phone, but use Strava, then you can connect Apple Health with Strava. Click the Strava logo or click here to see how.
NOTE: We 100% reply on the successful connection between Strava and Apple Health to receive any activity data from Strava Activities.
1. Add email title as: "Activity Sync Issues"
2. In the email: tell us which Smartphone / app store you downloaded Bravera from (e.g. iPhone or Google Android)
3. Describe the problem in detail (e.g. Google Fit data not syncing to Bravera).
