Throughout the year the Library hosts a number of community events including Hangul Celebrations, Language and Literature Celebrations, our Annual Book & Poetry celebrations and special events like Harry Potter Night, Escape from Mr Lemoncello's Library and the Living Library.

Students created edible designs to show their favorite books during May 2020
Poet tree - April 2020
Students, staff and parents sent in their favorite poems to create a "Poet tree" to celebrate Poetry Month.
Chinese Language and Literature Celebrations - January 2020
A celebration of Chinese Language and Literature including calligraphy, lantern decoration, Chinese Zodiac activity, Wushu and an author visit.
Book Fair - December 2019
To offer our community the chance to buy new reading material, BHA library organizes a book fair twice a year.
This year TongBang books from Seoul have partnered with English BookTown in Jeju city to provide our book fairs.
Harry Potter Nights - November 2019
In November 2019 BHA library hosted two nights celebrating the magical world of Harry Potter featuring a range of activities including trivia, potion making, broom clips, readers theatre, wand decoration, sorting hat, scavenger hunt and the Golden snitch pinata.

Hangul Day - October 2019
Hangul Day is a day set aside to celebrate the Korean alphabet, known as Hangul. The day is known as 한글날 (Hangulnal) in Korean, and is also known as ‘Hangul Proclamation Day’.
