Walsh Interact Club

Be part of something big! Interact means “international action;” it is a Rotary-sponsored service club for middle and high school students. Walsh Interact Club will be one of 56 clubs in southern CT and of thousands of clubs worldwide – all working under the motto of “service above self.” Working in partnership with Branford Rotary and BHS Interact Club, we’ll organize projects throughout the year to help locally and worldwide.

What do we do:

• Take action to make a difference in the school and community

• Promote international understanding and support aid worldwide

• Spread awareness of local and international needs

• Become a leader in the school and community

• Have fun; make new friends and new connections

• Work with high school Interactors, adult Branford Rotary members and town organizations as part of a community of service

What’s involved:

• Attending 2 school meetings per month

• Accomplishing service hours throughout the year

• Organizing and participating in events/activities/projects

• Being a positive presence in your school and community

December: hats and mittens for the homeless
