Welcome to our HSE Parent Teacher Association! We are dedicated to forging strong connections between home and school, enriching our children's education, and supporting our incredible teachers. Together, we empower our community to engage with current events and build a brighter future for our school. The PTA is the heart of our school community, bridging the gap between families and classrooms. We actively support our dedicated teachers, staff, and students ensuring they have the resources to excel.

HSE PTA Fall Mum Fundraiser

Bring the beauty of fall home while supporting HSE! The HSE PTA is excited to partner with Wojo's for our annual Fall Mum Fundraiser. These beautiful, vibrant mums are perfect for adding a splash of fall color to your porch, patio, or garden—and every purchase helps support HSE students, teachers, and school programs.

Orders are being accepted now through September 11. Simply complete the order form and return it to your child's teacher by the deadline. We accept cash or check, with checks made payable to HSE PTA. Purchased mums will be available for pickup after school on Thursday, September 17.

New This Year: Mums can be purchased online through our givebacks site. A processing fee will be added to all card purchases.

HSE PTA GAME DAY – Volunteers & Donations Needed!

Support the HSE PTA during the Brandon vs. Goodrich football game on Friday, September 11 at 7:00 PM by volunteering at the concession stand or donating an item for our raffle basket fundraiser.

We are looking for as many volunteers as possible to help run concessions smoothly throughout the game. Whether you can volunteer for part of the evening or the entire event, your time makes a difference.

We are also accepting donations for our Brandon-themed and Goodrich-themed raffle baskets, which will be raffled off after the 3rd quarter. If you're unable to donate an item, cash donations are welcome through our Givebacks site and will be used to purchase raffle basket items.

Every volunteer and donation helps support Harvey-Swanson Elementary students, teachers, and school programs. Thank you for helping make this event a success.

HSE Kalahari Resort Fundraiser

Make a Splash While Supporting HSE!

Turn a winter weekend into an unforgettable family getaway while giving back to Harvey Swanson Elementary! Thanks to our partnership with Kalahari Resorts, you can enjoy America's largest indoor waterpark at a special discounted rate of just $159 per night on Sunday, January 24, 2027. Each reservation includes waterpark passes, and a portion of every room booked through our fundraiser is donated directly to HSE PTA to support programs, events, and resources for our students and staff. It's the perfect opportunity to relax, have fun, and support our school—all in one trip! Book your room before December 26th, 2026, as availability is limited. We appreciate your support and hope to see many HSE families making memories together at Kalahari!

Sign up for Popcorn Day!

Popcorn Pop happens once a month (on Friday) and we are in need of volunteers to help pop, bag, and deliver popcorn to classrooms. Clean up after. We start popping around 8:45am, entering the building AFTER the drop off line has ended.

Please make sure you have a completed Background Check on file with the school district. If you are not sure of your status, please call the office. You may select more than one!
