Welcome!
My name is Mrs. Amy Reeves. I will be working with you and your child this year. It is important to me that we are a team working toward your child's success.
Personally, I have three beautiful blue-eyed children. My husband, the kids and I enjoy the outdoors and going on adventures. One of our favorite places is in, at or near the water. Everyone loves to hang out at the lake and fish, kayak, jet ski, tube and wakeboard. We also spend lots of time at sporting events that my children participate in. We have two dogs, Jaxon and Pearl, and a turtle named Franklin. I LOVE hedgehogs!
Professionally, I am a graduate of Michigan State University (GO SPARTANS) where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, with minors in English and Environmental Education. I was also a diver and captain of the Michigan State Swimming and Diving Team. I then continued my education and attended Marygrove College. There, I earned my master’s degree in the Art of Teaching (MAT). This is my twenty-sixth year teaching. Previously, I have taught mostly third grade, but also fourth grade.
