Our laboratory operates at the interface between chemistry and biology. Current projects address problems in targeted protein degradation, antibiotic development, inhibition of mTOR signaling and mechanistic enzymology. This work involves a wide array of experimental techniques, including enzyme kinetics, site-directed mutagenesis, organic synthesis and protein biochemistry.
