Welcome to the Library

The Stony Brook School Library supports the district's mission to "inspire our children to learn, think, grow and excel in life." The library supports personal growth, as well as directly supports classroom instruction.

Our collection includes fiction, non-fiction, magazines, audiobooks, Playaways, graphic novels, and dvds. Students love discovering exciting and engaging materials here!

All students, virtual and in-person, have access to the library and its materials.

Our Library Class

Students will have library class for a two week block of time. Our class is a combination of instruction and discovery.

Students learn how to find, evaluate, and use information from a variety of resources. They learn how to be responsible consumers of information.

Students also learn about authors and illustrators and develop the confidence to explore and discover what they like to read.

Public Library

All Branchburg residents are eligible for a free library card from the Somerset County Library System.
