Brakenhale Sixth Form Options Online

Our option blocks for our Sixth Form have been designed to allow for combinations of subjects that work well together and to avoid common clashes of subjects. Students will need to study at least 3 subjects, and can choose all A-Levels, all BTEC/CTECs, or a combination of both.

Entry Criteria

A-Level: to study A-Level courses a student must secure 5 Grade 5 to 9 qualifications at GCSE or equivalent including English Literature or Language and Maths. Please see individual course requirements for further details.

Vocational Level 3 Courses: to study a BTEC or CTEC course a student must secure 5 Grade 4 to 9 qualifications at GCSE or equivalent including English or Maths.
