Scheduled Times for Pick-Up/Drop-Off:

10:00AM-11:00AM - Last Names A-G

11:00AM-12:00PM - Last Names H-L

12:00PM-1:00PM - Last Names M-R

1:00PM-2:00PM - Last Names S-Z

Social Distancing Expectations:

• Students MUST pick up and drop off their own belongings, unless done so by a parent.

• Students/parents must adhere to their specific times for pick-up and drop-off

• Students/parents will enter the cafeteria from the door closest to the front of the school

• Students/parents must wear a mask at all times

• Students/parents must adhere to the 6 ft social distancing expectation

Notes:

• Locker Clean Out: House Secretaries will wear gloves to empty the contents of each senior’s locker into a bag, label it, and deliver to the students; no students will be allowed into the building

• Textbook Returns: please write your name, your teacher’s name, and 2019-2020 on the inside cover

• Debt: Students who have outstanding debt will receive a letter from their house office stating the specifics.

  1. Debts must be paid by check (made out to BPS) or with cash in the EXACT amount. We will NOT have the means to make change for people

  2. ATHLETIC DEBT must be paid separately and if paying by check, must be made payable to BPS Athletics.

• Medications: BHS nurses will be present to return all medications

• Students who cannot retrieve their items during the assigned time should contact their Housemaster to make alternative arrangements

• All expectations in place for May 27-29 will be in effect for June 3-5 as well

Notes:

• Students must pick up their own graduation gowns, unless done so by a parent

• There will be no charge for graduation gowns and other attire this year

• Students should be prepared to select their gown by size and by color
