MISSION

The mission of Braintree High School Athletics is to provide an educational opportunity for our student-athletes to develop valuable life skills that will serve them well beyond graduation.

Braintree High School is a member of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) and Bay State Conference.  BHS competes in cheer and dance as a member of the Massachusetts School Administrators' Association (MSAA).

BHS has a proud tradition of athletic success with over 75 State Championships and 300+ League Titles.

We offer an opportunity for our students to compete in 24 different sports across 3 seasons.  Most of our sports offer three different levels of competition between Freshman, Junior Varsity, and Varsity.

In total, Braintree High School Athletics annually fields 68 high school teams and 8 middle school teams.  This includes over 800+ individual student-athletes, 130+ coaches, and 1,100+ total games.
