Welcome to project seek EXPERIMENT THIS!

Hi! My name is Ms. Edling and I am so excited to explore science with you this summer!

Each day we will be conducting a different experiment using simple household items. We will begin the day with a zoom meeting where I will introduce the experiment for that day and show you what items you will need. After our morning zoom I will post a video that shows step by step directions on how to conduct the experiment. The video will be recorded to allow the students to work at their own pace and begin whenever or stop as needed. After conducting the experiment for that day students will complete a simple worksheet that goes along with the experiment documenting their observations. We will meet again for a second zoom at 11:00 to discuss how the experiment went.

Here are some household items you will need for this class:

-A long flat pan like a cookie sheet

-Milk

-Water

-Sticks and Rocks

-Measuring Cup

-Bowl

-Markers or crayons

-Pencil

-Scissors
