The 2021-2022 school year will be my 21st consecutive year at Braham Area Schools, 22nd year in Braham, and 23rd year overall in education. This school year I will continue the role of Dean of Students. As the Dean, I will be assisting with student achievement and attendance. I am also a social studies teacher for students in grades 11 and 12, teaching Economics, Psychology, and Sociology. I am the student council advisor, head volleyball coach, senior class advisor, and assistant director for the spring play.

My husband and I both grew up in Braham and graduated from Braham Area High School. We have two daughters (ages 15 and 12). I earned my secondary education teaching degree in social studies (grades 7-12) with a minor in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Superior. I earned my master's degree in information media/educational media, along with my media specialist license and technology instructor certificate from St. Cloud State University. I also completed my 6th year certificate in educational administration and leadership/K-12 principal and superintendent licenses at St. Cloud State University.
