BRAEVE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "the Company") recognizes the appropriate protection and use of personal information as an important social responsibility. In conducting its business, the Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations, as well as this Privacy Policy (hereinafter, "this Policy") and the Company's internal rules, and makes every effort to appropriately protect and use customers' personal information.
Customer data is protected from unauthorized access, leakage, and loss through appropriate electronic, technical, physical, and administrative measures. The Company takes necessary measures to ensure that the intent of this Policy is observed not only in its internal handling of information, but also by external parties such as outsourcing contractors.
In providing this Service (the App), the Company may collect the following information.
(1) Information you provide or submit yourself
Email address, date of birth, etc. entered at the time of app registration
Information provided by you when making inquiries
Information provided when participating in surveys, campaigns, etc.
(2) Information automatically collected through use of the Service
Play data such as game progress, scores, and usage history
Purchase history relating to in-app purchases
Device information (OS, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, etc.), IP address, usage history such as Cookies, etc. (for advertising delivery and analysis purposes)
Statistical information relating to app usage (usage time, usage frequency, error information, etc.)
The above information is used for purposes such as providing and improving the Service, preventing unauthorized use, and analyzing usage. Access information such as IP addresses is retained for the period required by law and to the extent necessary for the stable operation of the Company's systems.
The Company uses collected information for the following purposes:
To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
To respond to customer inquiries and to notify customers of important announcements
To process payments relating to use of the Service
To ensure the safety of the Service, including preventing fraud and responding to violations of the Terms of Use
To create statistical data and conduct marketing analysis (limited to use in a form that does not identify individuals)
To fulfill obligations under applicable laws and regulations.
The Company's official website uses Cookies for purposes such as analyzing page display status and improving convenience. Information obtained in this way includes information obtained independently by the Company as well as information obtained through analytics services used by the Company. Customers may refuse to accept Cookies through their browser settings.
The Company does not provide customers' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
Where the customer has given consent
Where disclosure is required by law
Where provided, to the extent necessary for providing the Service, to outsourcing contractors (such as payment processing providers and advertising/analytics providers) (in which case the Company requires such contractors to implement appropriate management measures)
In-app purchases made through the Service are processed via the payment systems provided by Apple Inc. or Google LLC, and the Company does not directly collect or hold payment information such as customers' credit card numbers. Please refer to each platform's privacy policy regarding the handling of payment-related information.
In connection with the development and operation of the Service, the Company may provide a portion of information — including play data, purchase history, and device identifiers — to a development contractor located in South Korea (hereinafter, the "Overseas Development Company"), to the extent necessary for the stable operation of the game, responding to defects, and quality improvement.
Country of the recipient: Republic of Korea
Overview of the personal information protection system in that country: The Republic of Korea has a comprehensive personal information protection system based on the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). While this system has a different framework from Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, it establishes rules for the appropriate handling of personal information.
Measures taken by the recipient to protect personal information: The Company has entered into arrangements with the Overseas Development Company concerning confidentiality and appropriate data management, and requires the Overseas Development Company to implement measures such as restricting access rights, prohibiting use beyond the specified purpose, and implementing security control measures.
By agreeing to this Policy and using the Service, customers are deemed to have consented to the above provision of information to a third party located overseas. If a customer does not consent, certain features of the Service may not be available.
Where a customer (or, if the customer is under 16 years of age, their legal representative) has consented to the handling of their personal information, they may withdraw this consent at any time.
The Company will delete relevant data within a reasonable period when the purpose of use has been achieved, when the retention period has expired, or when deletion of the account or data is requested by the customer or their legal representative. However, this does not apply where retention is required by law, or where retention is necessary as a record of a transaction or payment.

A customer (or, if the customer is under 16 years of age, their legal representative) may request disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of their personal information held by the Company (for deletion of an account or data, please see the preceding Article). Please contact the following point of contact regarding the procedure for making such requests.
No fee will be charged for these requests (free of charge). If the Company is unable to comply with a request, it will explain the reason.
The Company is not a member of any certified personal information protection organization.
