To Whom It May Concern:
This letter serves as a request in accordance with small purchase procurement procedures for pricing for the 2026-2027 school year for dairy pricing for Bradleyville R-I School District’s food service program. Requested items for bid are:
1% white milk - ½ pint
1% chocolate milk - ½ pint
apple juice - ½ pint
orange juice - ½ pint
The National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program food purchases made using funds from the non-profit school food service account must comply with the Buy American requirement found in 7 CFR 210.21(d) and USDA Memo SP 38-2017.
Pricing needs to be completed no later than May 15th, 2026, for approval of the Bradleyville Board of Education. Please send the bids via email to kstuart@bradleyviller1.com or mail to the address listed above.
