Scope of Service  

• The services provided must be in accordance with district policy 3510, including the  completion and submission of the ASBR as required by DESE and all Missouri State  Statutes. 

• The audit must cover the district financial statements, transportation, attendance,  food service, federal and state programs, and other areas as required by law or policy.  • The audit must be performed by August 15th of each year for two years. • The audit must be completed by December 1st each year and presented to the Board  of Education (BOE) during a regularly scheduled board meeting upon completion. Bound  copies must be provided to each board member, the superintendent, and the board  secretary. Electronic copies must also be made available for District use. 

NOTE: Bids received shall be from qualified auditors, licensed to do the specified work as required. The quotes must be received by 2:00 p.m., March 2, 2026, in the  Office of the Superintendent, Bradleyville R-1 Schools, 16474 North State  Highway 125, Bradleyville, MO 65614 

The Board of Education shall review and award the audit work at the regular  board meeting to be held in March 2026. 

The Board of Education reserves the right to accept, or reject, any or all bids received.
