Service Projects

Fall 2023 projects coming soon!

How do I sign up for a service project?

Read the information for the project. For most projects, the sign up sheet will be a Google Form. If you need further help, see Mr. Bowe or Mrs. Suder.

How do I submit my service hours?

Each Junior Beta member is responsible for uploading their own service hour each semester to the National Beta Club app (links below). Members will need to enter a few pieces of information. Then, once submitted, the Beta sponsors can approve or deny the documentation. Be sure to always ask a sponsor if it is service outside of Beta Club events!

If the app is not an option, then there is a paper version to document hours (linked below). This will only be accepted if you cannot use the app.

Can I get credit for service hours completed with another school club?

Yes! We ask that at least 1 of your 5 hours each semester be service that is a Beta Club sponsored project. If you are in SGA, Colts in the Community, or another group that completes service projects, you can use some of those service hours towards your Beta Club requirements.

How many service hours do I need?

To remain in good standing, Junior Beta members need a minimum of 5 hours per semester. This can be acquired through service with Beta Club, another club, or an independent opportunity if approval is granted by a sponsor.

Download and print the form to record and submit your Beta Club service hours each semester ONLY if you do not have the ability to access the National Beta Club app. Return the completed form to your grade level sponsor--Mr. Bowe (6), Mrs. Suder (7), and Ms. Bell (8)--before the end of the semester.
