Monthly In-Person Expectations 

BCVS is proud to offer opportunities to build relationships and learn valuable job and life skills.  In the upcoming school year, students will be required to attend AT LEAST one in-person event per month.   The student can chose any of the the clubs we offer, spend a morning or afternoon in our in-person lab (and get a free lunch or breakfast at the PIE cafe), testing, or volunteering. While only one in-person event is required, we encourage students to attend ALL of our events, as building relationships are key factors in students success. 

• • Any required, in-person testing day counts as the in-person day for the month.  No additional "club" day is required.  

  • Students will be required to attend additional in-person days for testing and test prep.  

  • Students will wear BCS dress code clothing to all in-person events.

  • *Three zoom "check in's"  in any teachers advisory can substitute 1 in-person event 

    • The student must review the advisory times offered by BCVS on the Schedules Page

    • The student will email the teacher at least 24 hours prior to the meeting time to secure their time

    • The teacher will respond with a zoom link to confirm.  If the student misses their scheduled time, it will be recorded as an absences.
