1. Complete Your Pre-Project Preparation

Tell us about home access, room preparation, furniture, pets, and any important details our team should know before we arrive.

2. How to Prepare Your Rooms

Before our team arrives:

• Remove small, fragile, and valuable items from the work areas.

• Remove decorations, pictures, and personal items from furniture and walls as needed.

• Move smaller furniture out of the room when possible.

• Move larger furniture that cannot be removed toward the center of the room, leaving enough space around the walls for our team to work and protect the area.

• Make sure our crew has clear access to the rooms and ceilings being worked on.

• Secure pets away from the work areas.
