Excursion to the College History Museum

   As part of their study of the discipline ‘Introduction to the speciality and general basics of pedagogy’, students of 11-B and 12-B groups of the first (bachelor's) level visited the College History Museum of the Municipal Institution ‘Balti Pedagogical Professional College’.   Together with the guides, the students... travelled back to the time of the college's foundation, got to know its teachers better, travelled through the most interesting pages of the college's life, and plunged into significant historical events!  We came to the conclusion that everyone is already a part of modern history and our duty is to increase the good glory of the BALTIC PEDAGOGICAL COLLEGE!!!  We are grateful to the guides and the director of the museum of our college Zubareva T. O. for an informative and interesting meeting.

   Excursion to the Museum of College History of the 

Municipal Institution ‘’Balta Pedagogical Vocational College‘’

   Traditionally, first-year students visit the history museum of the Balta Pedagogical Vocational College. Such an excursion is not only an introduction to the historical past of the educational institution, but also a kind of dedication and entry into the community of students who have chosen our college to pursue their future profession. As part of the study of the discipline ‘Introduction to the speciality’, the teachers of the cycle commission of psychological and pedagogical disciplines Donchuk N.V., Povorozniuk I.V. together with the head of the museum of the Balta Pedagogical Specialist College invited first-year students to visit the museum of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College to get acquainted with the history of our educational institution.

  Every college student should know the history and traditions of their educational institution. That is why every year, first-year students and everyone else have the opportunity to take a tour of the college's history museum. Everyone knows the Balta Pedagogical Professional College as a symbol of national education. We try to preserve our history in the memory of future generations and are proud of our achievements.  It is an honour and a responsibility to study at the most famous educational institution in Ukraine.  Our college is 94 years old, so of course the story continues. The first-year students viewed exhibitions telling about the stages of formation of our educational institution, learned about the most famous teachers and outstanding graduates.

 The Museum's exhibits include government awards and distinctions of the college, photo albums, greeting cards for anniversaries; scientific works of teachers; sports awards of students, etc.  The museum also tells about the participation of students and staff in the defence of their country during the ongoing undeclared war. The war has challenged every Ukrainian. Our defenders are now facing difficult tasks, but they will definitely cope! Every day we remember that the support and prayers of each of us are very important.  Eternal memory and honour to those who are not with us, those who have been taken by the war.   We have a lot to be proud of and thankful for!!! We believe in victory!  Everything will be Ukraine!  The tour was conducted by student guides of the 22nd group - Anastasia Pirogivska, Oleksandr Belokon, Valeria Tovkan, Daria Danilyuk.   At the end of the tour, the students took photos in the best college in Ukraine.   It should be noted that this event will remain forever in the memory of our freshmen.    With the start of the new academic year, the college has launched excursions. Everyone knows the Balta Pedagogical Professional College as a symbol of national education.   An interesting and informative excursion to the Museum of History of the Municipal Institution ‘’Balta Pedagogical Professional College‘’ was organised for the 1st year students.    Every college student should know the history and traditions of their educational institution. Therefore, the students had the opportunity to visit the museum of the college history.   

    The excursion was conducted by students 3rd year students of 2 groups - Ksenia Zaborska, Anton Tutevich, Anna Mostova, Denis Gritsenko. The students got acquainted with the expositions that recreate the lives of students and teachers of those times, whose scientific activities were connected with the life of the college.  Among the exhibits of the Museum are awards and honours of the College, personal belongings and scientific works of teachers, sports awards of students, etc.

   The museum also tells about the participation of students and employees, performers in the defence of their country during the undeclared war in the East, which is still ongoing. In particular, the exposition is dedicated to graduating students and teachers, employees who are defending and who died as heroes defending their homeland.   The first-year students viewed the expositions telling about the stages of formation of our educational institution, learned about the most famous teachers and outstanding graduates.

   An educated person needs to know the history, cultural and scientific heritage of a higher education institution.   Today we are trying to preserve our history in the memory of future generations and are proud of our achievements. It is an honour and a responsibility to study at the most famous educational institution in Ukraine.   At the end of the tour, the students took a photo in the best college in Ukraine. We would like to note that this event will remain forever in the memory of our freshmen.
