As part of the events dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College and the duty of the cycle commission of art teachers, an open lesson-concert was held in the 1st grade of the Structural Subdivision of Primary Education.
The event's hosts, Alina Pryhuzia and Kateryna Mishkoi, second-year bachelor's degree students, invited the artists to sing. The repertoire of the concert included both Ukrainian folk children's songs and songs by contemporary authors: Mykola Vedmedery, Anna Oleynikova and Natalia May.
The rhythmic exercise became a highlight of the lesson and a great interactive activity not only for the first-graders, but also for the guests of the concert - parents, college staff and second-year bachelor students. The initiator of the lesson-concert was Tetiana S. Vikhrenko, a talented teacher, teacher of the highest qualification category, and methodologist. All those present received a real aesthetic pleasure and saw how much children love to sing and recite poetry.
This event is a good example of the pedagogy of partnership between students, music teacher Tetyana Vikhrenko, class teacher Liudmyla Drahaniuk, teacher's assistant Kateryna Maslenko and parents of our first-graders. Such cooperation yields wonderful results in the education and upbringing of children - our future generation of smart, creative and happy Ukrainians!

International Museum Day was added to the calendar in 1977, and since 1978 it has been celebrated annually in more than 150 countries.
Through museums, society expresses its attitude to the historical and cultural heritage, and it is difficult to disagree with this. By collecting and preserving monuments of material and spiritual culture, they carry out extensive scientific, educational and upbringing work.

At the lesson of teaching methods of the Art study group, third-year students of the first (bachelor's) level presented projects in fine arts.
The fine arts project is a drawing using the RORY cube method, which is an effective tool for developing imagination.
Based on the associations of the images on the cubes, the students created a story that they illustrated in the form of comics.
Rory O'Connor, an Irish creative thinking coach, created the dice. Rory's Story Cubes became a top seller on Amazon and were later used in the classroom.
Reading, writing, storytelling, or an educational hour - be sure that any format of classes or extracurricular activities will become more interesting if you use the Rory's Story Cubes method.
We congratulate our talented colleague Anatoliy Orlovsky on his birthday!
We wish you seven days of every week to be filled with seven high notes of good luck, inspiration, happiness, luck and joy. May your music shed the light of kindness on this world, may your heart feel joyful under the thunder of applause in your honour. All the best to you!
Dance is not just an art form that gives emotional pleasure and good mood. It is a story about life itself, depicted in a universal body language that is understandable to anyone in the world, regardless of age, background or social status. Through movements, gestures and artistry, dancers on stage express deep feelings and emotions, reliving the story behind the dance every time.
The event, dedicated to the International Day of Dance, "Dance Like You Breathe", gathered a full house of spectators.
The programme includes performances by talented dance groups from the Balta community and guests from Podilsk, with emotional performances and a warm atmosphere.

International Dance Day is celebrated on the birthday of Jean-Georges Novera (1727-1810), a French choreographer, reformer and theorist of choreographic art. This holiday has been celebrated since 1982 by the decision of UNESCO. This art form has a history of many thousands of years, and each era has left its mark on the form and structure of dance.
We sincerely congratulate choreographers, dancers and those who just love dancing on the International Day of Dance and wish you to never stand still, to constantly move towards success with graceful movements and confident steps. We wish that dance always unites, brings us closer and makes us happier!!!
During the decade of the cycle commission of art teachers' duty, Nataliia Melenyshyn organised an exhibition of cut-outs "Tree of Life" made by the 2nd year students during their practical classes in the discipline "Technology".
In times of war, it is especially important to use the symbols of your native people in your work. One of these is the tree of life/tree of the family/world tree, which demonstrates the connection between generations, between the world of the dead, the living and the people to be born.
The students were creative and decorated their tree with individual elements, depending on their own hobbies and values, combining tradition with modernity.
The best vytynanky will be placed on a permanent exhibition in our college building.
Today, our young, talented colleague, an orchestra man, Rostislav Fedorovich Dimovsky, celebrates his birthday.
Dear birthday boy, please accept our sincere congratulations and best wishes. We wish you happiness, joy, good health, family comfort and pleasant events! May you be accompanied by goodness, love and harmony in your soul, and may every day bring joy, peace and harmony!
We wish you to never lose your rhythm of confidence and good luck.
Let the strings of your soul always ring with joy. May your heart always be filled with the melody of love.
Happy birthday!
On 24 April, teachers of the Cycle Art Commission Vira Buianovska and Nataliia Melenyshyn took part in artistic art studios on the topic: "Practical methods of developing students' artistic and graphic abilities". This interesting online event was attended by 20 teachers from VET institutions in the Southern region of Ukraine. It was initiated by the teachers of art and technology of the Pedagogical College of Khortytska National Academy (Zaporizhzhia). The teachers demonstrated in the format of short videos creative technologies of wet drawing, sand drawing, aniline paints, Petrykivka painting technique, computer drawing, technology of creating a composition of geometric shapes, making modular origami, and Easter eggs. There was a useful exchange of creative experience, which I wanted to implement in my classes, and in the future - to share my own artistic findings in the same video format.
Only a teacher who develops and enriches his or her practical skills will be able to teach students creativity and encourage self-improvement.
On 16 April, teachers and students of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College conducted career guidance work with final year students of general secondary education institutions in Bershad, Vinnytsia region.

An educational hour in 31 groups dedicated to the Day of Environmental Knowledge, which is celebrated annually on 15 April in many countries around the world.
The UN Conference in Rio de Janeiro emphasised the great importance of environmental education for the population of all countries of the world. And 22 April is International Earth Day. It is a celebration of clean water, clean land and clean air. It is a day of reminder of environmental disasters, a day when everyone should think about the fact that planet Earth needs care and protection.
On the eve of Easter, a festive art object was opened in the courtyard of our college.
The 3rd year students of the 2nd group and the 1st and 2nd grade students of the structural subdivision of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College made Easter eggs and decorated the Easter tree with them. Teachers and administration of the educational institution actively joined the initiative.
The colours of our Easter eggs are bright and symbolic. Yellow is a symbol of the sun and the harvest; green is the awakening of nature; hot yellow is a symbol of Mother Earth and her generosity; pink is a symbol of love for our school and Motherland. Let's learn! Let's work! Let's bring the Victory closer!
Every year on 15 April, the world community celebrates the International Day of Environmental Knowledge.
The most important tasks of environmental education today:
• developing knowledge about environmental issues;
• Developing personal responsibility for the environment;
• overcoming consumerism in relation to natural conditions and resources;
• developing the ability to make decisions on environmental issues, mastering the norms of environmentally sound behaviour.
Thus, on 15 April, an educational hour dedicated to the International Day of Environmental Knowledge was held in 21 groups of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College.
Participants expressed their opinions and discussed the impact of military operations on the environment.
So, we urge you to be eco-conscious, take care of your life and health, people and nature that are dear to your heart.
Let's protect our native land and save our planet together!
We are grateful to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for keeping us calm and allowing us to work and study!

The Art educational field integrates visual, musical, and choreographic arts. Each of these arts is beautiful in its own way and is designed to form the aesthetic culture of students.
As part of the “Meeting with the Theater” project, teachers Razvodova M.V. and Buyanovska V.V. conducted an integrated rhythmic and fine arts lesson “Wizards of the Ballet” in the 1st grade of the Structural Unit of Primary Education of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College.
The students watched a fragment of the performance "Forest Song", admired the grace of the ballet dancers' movements, and together with Maryna Valeriivna performed PORT DE BRAS. These are certain combinations of head, body and arm movements performed within the basic positions of classical dance, which contribute to the development of plasticity, flexibility of the arms and body. The turn of the head, the direction of the gaze play a crucial role in the image of each movement and give complete harmony to the dance.
Vira Viktorivna introduced the students to theatrical costumes and the secrets of creating a tutu skirt and ballerina shoes - pointe shoes. The children enthusiastically drew sketches of costumes for the ballerina like real ballet wizards.
The highlight of the class was the interactive method "Microphone", which forms communication competencies, develops skills to present oneself and one's creativity.
On 27 February 2025, the Department of Choreography and Artistic Culture of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University hosted the XII International Scientific and Practical Conference ‘Modern Strategies for the Development of Choreographic Education’, which was attended by Maryna RAZVODOVA, Doctor of Philosophy, Chair of the Cycle Commission of Art Teachers, Choreography Lecturer at the Balta Pedagogical Professional College. The participants noted the high level of organisation and expressed their hope for further cooperation to develop quality education.
We keep the educational front!
Students of the 24th group of the technology class, starting to study the topic “Techniques of Decorative and Applied Arts”, visited the Balta Historical Museum. Director Petro Astafievich Tkach presented an exhibition of old folk items “From Grandma's Chest”. It was interesting to see an old painted chest, shirts, towels, pillowcases, scarves, carpets, icons, dishes and other things from a maiden's dowry. We learned that Ukrainian chests had to be locked, and inside there was a side chest where money, documents, and jewelry were hidden. Many rituals and traditions are associated with the chest, which are now, unfortunately, forgotten.
As part of the events dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College and the Day of Ukrainian Woman, on February 25, an art exhibition of Oleksandra Rymarenko, a student of the 31st group, was opened in the exhibition hall of the college.
The vernissage "Magical Reality" presents an exhibition of twenty paintings created by the young artist in various genres and techniques.
The girl started painting at the age of five, and at 11, her parents took her to the art class of the Ivanovo Music School named after M. L. Ohrenych. Oleksandra's mentor was a talented teacher, Tatiana Pencheva. She not only inspired the girl's creativity, but also ignited in her heart a desire to pass on her knowledge to others. That is why Oleksandra chose the path of a teacher and entered the Balta Pedagogical Professional College.
"Each painting is my vision of the world reflected on canvas and paper. We all look at reality differently, and this is what inspires me to create. In such difficult times, art becomes a small necessity for us - something that allows us to forget about the war for a moment, to find peace and hope," says Oleksandra.
The artist's friends and the group's curator, Tetyana Vikhrenko, came to support her.
During the vernissage, an auction of the painting "Two Hearts - One Destiny" depicting lions, reflecting the couple's love and inseparable bond, was held. It symbolizes devotion, support and the power of love.
The proceeds from the auction will be donated to the 28th Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where a native of Balta, a soldier Valeriy Parfenov, serves.
We are sincerely grateful to the administration of the educational institution for their support!
We are studying! We are working! We are winning!
This year, we honor the memory of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes with the slogan: "We are honoring the memory of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes. Heroes of the first victory in the ongoing battle.
" This is how the memory of the Heavenly Hundred was honored at an educational hour for students of the 31st group, prepared by Olga Grabovska and Vladyslava Propok.
Mind map: the art of thinking big.
Mind maps (mind map, mental map, intelligence map) is an effective tool that teaches you to think critically, perform creative tasks, quickly process large amounts of information, etc. While studying the topic "Types and Genres of Fine Arts," 3rd year first bachelor's degree students learned about the peculiarities of perception of artworks by younger students. In a short time, the students created intelligence cards about the works of Ukrainian artists Maria Prymachenko, Alla Horska, and Olha Kvasha.
Pre-graduation practice is the final stage of professional training of students at the Balta Pedagogical Professional College. It involves comprehensive monitoring of the level of professional competencies of final year students. The pre-diploma practice for 4th year students of the Pedagogical College in various general education institutions continues. Thus, Maryna Razvodova, a methodologist for pre-diploma practice, visited the Sarazhyn Lyceum of the Balta City Council of Odesa Oblast, where students of group 41, Klavdiya Polarush and Oleksandra Polarush, are undergoing practice. The girls are enthusiastically conducting lessons with schoolchildren. The lessons conducted by the students were informative and interesting with a structured approach.
During the lessons, the student interns created an appropriate positive and emotional mood among the children. Maryna Razvodova also had the opportunity to conduct career guidance work with 9th and 11th graders. She spoke about the conditions of admission to the Pedagogical College, familiarized the audience with the conditions of studying at the college and living in the student dormitory; introduced the specialty and additional specializations; invited the lyceum graduates to the Open Day, which will be held on March 25, 2025.

#Day_of_Ukrainian_Shawl_BPFC
On December 3, an exhibition of ancient embroidered products "Beauty from Grandma's Chest" was presented to the first bachelor's and vocational education students, teachers and staff of the college. The embroidered napkins, towels, pillowcases, and paintings presented at the exhibition have been collected over the past 20 years. They were presented to our institution by many generations of graduates. There are older embroideries made of natural materials, and more modern items embroidered with synthetic threads. Embroidery techniques include cross-stitch and satin stitch, as well as printed embroidery. According to an old Ukrainian tradition, a girl had to collect a full chest of things before her wedding: clothes, towels, and jewelry. The bigger and more beautiful this dowry was, the more enviable a bride she was considered. This tradition has become a thing of the past, but some women still continue to embroider for their own pleasure.
The lecturer of the Cycle Art Commission Nataliia Melenyshyn told the guests of the event about her late grandmother (born in 1922), a simple rural woman who worked hard on a collective farm, but found time and energy to read fiction books, draw, sing, make Easter eggs, knit and, of course, embroider. Nataliia showed her grandmother's inheritance: shirts and towels. These things are old, but very dear to her heart.
And so each item in this exhibition is lovingly embroidered by the hands of someone's grandmother or great-grandmother.
The modern design world is dominated by machine embroidery, which is done quickly and accurately, but let's remember that handmade embroidery is of particular value, it is a relic filled with human energy, and it is through it that we keep in touch with our ancestors! Let's appreciate such things, they help us not to forget who we are. And we are talented, hard-working, unbreakable, spiritually vibrant Ukrainians!
Grandmother's chest - flower-painted boks -
like a safe, keeps the treasures of a girl's handmade life.
A napkin, a handkerchief, a towel and a white
shirt with colorful ornaments delight the heart and eyes.
Grandmother used to embroider so inspiredly for herself
Pride, weaving shining dreams into the thread.
Now the granddaughter has taken these things out of the chest -
they are like bright memories, they will warm her soul.
The old treasures contain the warmth of hands, the history of the family,
female beauty, hard work.Look with love and read this embroidered fairy tale
That has been sleeping in a closed chest for so many years.
Bachelor's degree students at the Christmas didukh making workshop
Didukh is one of the oldest attributes in Ukrainian Christmas rituals. It is a symbol of the harvest, prosperity, wealth, an immortal ancestor, and a family talisman.
Didukh was made from the first reaping or the last reaping sheaf. On the eve of the holidays, several bundles were formed from the stalks of the ritual sheaf, each of which was separately braided with straws or tied with colored threads.
Then such slices were put together and wrapped with ribbons to form a lush sheaf. Branches like legs were made at the bottom so that the didukh could stand. The bunches of ears were framed on top with colored ribbons, paper or dried wildflowers.
The third-year bachelor's students worked in a pleasant atmosphere at the practical lesson "Table Setting. Folding napkins in different ways".
They created four table settings, naming them "Charm", "Summer vacation", "On sail", "At the wake". We folded napkins in the "Bow", "Lotus", "Sails", and "Leaf" ways.
We enjoyed tea with sweets. Melenyshyn N.B., the teacher of teaching methods of the technological group, is grateful to the third-year students for their cooperation.
On November 20, 3rd year undergraduate students visited the Baltic Museum on the advice of their teacher Melenyshyn N.B. Now the exhibition hall is exhibiting 30 unique paintings by Anastasiia Hruska, a student of Odesa University. Most of the subjects are related to Ukrainian history and culture. The spraying technology gives the paintings a three-dimensional texture. We thank the museum director Petro Tkach for revealing the subtle features of each painting and helping us to enjoy the artworks in a conscious way. Spiritual and aesthetic development is an integral part of the formation of a true teacher.

Knowledge of mine safety rules will help save your own life and protect our trainees. We are working! We are studying! We are bringing the Victory closer!
Students of the 3-4th year of the first bachelor's degree visited the Balta Historical Museum during a lesson on teaching methods in the technological educational field. They viewed a wonderful exhibition of Petrykivka-painted items by local craftswoman Tatiana Borbelya, an exhibition of paintings by artists dedicated to the city of Balta, as well as old photographs of the city streets and crafts made by pupils of the children's art center. We learned a lot of interesting things from the story of the director Petro Astafiyovych. We are grateful for the interesting tour and the opportunity to enjoy our native Ukrainian art.
Pedagogical practice is an important part of the educational process. It provides a combination of theoretical training of future teachers with their practical activities in educational institutions, and contributes to the formation of a future specialist's creative attitude to pedagogical activity. On October 22, a conference was held at the Balta Pedagogical Vocational College to summarize the results of the pedagogical practice "The First Days of a Child at School" and the summer practice in children's health centers. Future primary school teachers who are studying for the additional specialization "Head of a children's artistic choral/choreographic group" (under the new edition of "Teacher of Art Subjects").edition "Teacher of Artistic Education Subjects of Primary School"), applicants of 41 groups - Daryna Kravchenko, Victoria Lishchenyuk and Khrystyna Sheveleva - reported on their summer practice at school grounds of educational institutions in Balta, Puscha Voditsa and Bereznyky. Pedagogical practice is a great opportunity for psychological adaptation of applicants to real working conditions in the future. We keep the educational front!
It is interesting to observe the inspired work of an artist, and even more interesting to become the author of a work of art yourself.Students of the Balta Pedagogical Vocational College had the opportunity to visit the Balta Historical Museum for a master class in Petrykivka painting, which was held for students from various institutions of our community.- with Tetiana Borbela. The artist Tetiana Borbela demonstrated the sequence of the decorative composition and shared the secrets of her craft. Petrykivka painting, or "Petrykivka", is a Ukrainian decorative and ornamental folk painting that originated in the Dnipro region in the village of Petrykivka, where the name of this art form comes from. The main elements of Petrykivka painting consist of floral and natural motifs made using specific stroke and line techniques. Tetiana Mykolayivna is a master of the painting technique, creating decorative panels, decorating dishes, household items, and even military artifacts. Today, the museum offers an exhibition of the artist's works and a chance to enjoy the beauty of Ukrainian art. Visiting the exhibition, we recall the lines of Natalka Poklad, a graduate of our college, a member of the National Union of Writers of Ukraine.
Petrykivka's miracle flowers
On a painting and a plate,
on a shirt and a towel,
these cheerful flowers are everywhere,
and we are among them,
as in a flower garden.
Petrykivka's miracle flowers are a colorful array of flowers;
the flowers tell the whole world:
"Ukraine is truly a paradise.
"In those flowers is our language,
our rivers and fields...
Petrykivka at dawn makes every heart happy.
And the sun shines brighter,
and the cuckoo crows to us again...
The world recognizes
Ukraine by these beautiful flowers.
Recently, students of the 41st group visited the 1st grade of the Structural Subdivision of Primary Education of the Balti Pedagogical Professional College to observe a lesson of fine arts (teacher Vira Buyanovska).
At the lesson, the children explored the shape of vegetables and fruits from an autumn basket, learned how lines form a round and oval shape, worked with a palette for the first time, and painted a pumpkin with watercolors.
The students were active and diligent, successfully coped with the task, and after the lesson, they enjoyed an autumnal delicacy - pumpkin porridge. I would like to thank the class teacher Lyudmila Drahaniuk and the teacher's assistant Kateryna Maslenko for their support

Conducting a tour is a great way to combine intellectual development and interesting leisure. After all, children learn a lot in museums, visualize their knowledge and learn. Therefore, future primary school teachers should be able to safely organize and conduct school trips. On the eve of the Day of the Artist of Ukraine, an excursion to the art gallery of the Baltics Historical Museum was organized for students of groups 31 and 32 of our educational institution.
The exhibition "I Love You, My City!" presents paintings, contains an exhibition of old photographs and is dedicated to the 498th anniversary of the foundation of our city. It was interesting to see the familiar streets and corners of my native Balta through the eyes of plein air artists.
The visitors were particularly impressed by the exhibition of works by Tetiana Borbelya, a master of Petrykivka painting. The lush bunches of viburnum, colorful flowers and bright birds created by the skillful hands of Tetiana Mykolayivna amaze with their beauty and delight all visitors to the museum. We sincerely thank Tkach Petro Astafiyovych for an interesting excursion!

Participation in the event dedicated to the International Day of Dance
By dancing, we surpass ourselves, become stronger and more powerful, revealing our new facets and capabilities. On the occasion of the International Day of Dance, an event was held that brought together dance groups from the Balt community and guests from Podilsk. The event was attended by the dance group "Richenka", headed by Marina Razvodova, Balta Pedagogical Professional College.

EXHIBITION OF CREATIVE TRIDENTS
On May 6, the exhibition gallery of our college hosted a presentation of hundreds of creative tridents made by 2nd and 3rd year students and Natalia Melenyshyn, a teacher of technology and teaching methods of the technological group, for the purpose of national and aesthetic education.
Creativity is the ability of a person to perform tasks in a non-standard way. It is one of the important competencies of a modern teacher.
The trident is a well-known state symbol of Ukraine, but each author has managed to interpret it in his or her own way, in an original and creative way, using different technologies, namely:
- appliqués made of foam rubber, wax, shells, moss, cotton wool, ribbons, fabric, braid, lace, pompoms, felt, artificial flowers, pencils, corks, CDs, buttons, sequins, butterflies, rhinestones, beads;
- floromosaics made of millet and peas;
- String art technique (stretching threads over nails);
- techniques of working with paper: paper piecing, modular origami, quilling, trimming, crumpled paper mosaic, collage with photos;
- embroidery with threads;
- cutting out plywood and foam;
- Rosopis farbami;
- modeling from plaster, salt dough, and air plasticine;
- braiding with rope, thread, copper wire, etc.
Thus, the exhibition can be called a unique creative project inspired by love for the Motherland and faith in the Victory!
Most of the products are decorated with floral motifs, which is a sign that Ukrainian youth are the true color of the nation and deserve a bright future under a peaceful sky!
We thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the opportunity to teach, learn and create!
We thank the college administration for promoting the development of student talent!

Thank you to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the opportunity to study and work!!!!
How to open the door to true friends? Secrets of friendship and non-friendship. There is always a way out. Discover the power of your thoughts. How to achieve your goal? How to protect yourself from unfriends? How to defend your own boundaries? How to resist a psychological aggressor who humiliates you. How to motivate yourself? How to understand your relationships? And the last key for special use.
These questions based on the book Thirteen Keys by contemporary psychologist Anna Prosvetova were discussed by students of 21 groups today, on April 16, at an educational hour.
On April 12, 2024, teachers and laboratory assistants of the art cycle commission of the Balta Pedagogical Specialized College, as part of the month announced by the Balta UTC, cleaned the flower beds and the area around the fountain of the educational institution. We keep the educational front!
On March 29, 2024, the XI All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Student Internet Conference "Student's Scientific Space: Search and Findings" was held in the academic environment of the Faculty of Education of the Mykhailo Drahomanov Ukrainian State University. The conference provided for the exchange of experience between future teachers, educators, practical psychologists and artists studying at pedagogical colleges and universities.
Among the participants of the plenary session were students of the Balta Pedagogical Vocational College. Viktoriia Nagovitsyna, a 4th year bachelor's student, spoke on the topic "Art therapy possibilities of various artistic techniques in working with children who were in the territory of hostilities" and Alina Senchak, a student of group 31, presented an artistic study "Stencil painting in the decoration of residential buildings in Southern Podillia".
We thank the conference organizers for the opportunity to speak to the community and share invaluable experience!
On March 27, 2024, the 4th year students (45 groups) defended their term papers. Creative, diligent, inquisitive Anastasia Oliynyk (supervisor V. Buyanovska) and Victoria Dzhurynska (supervisor N. Melenyshyn) worked on works in art disciplines.
Oliynyk A. researched the topic "Portrait genre in the fine arts. Effective methods of teaching junior schoolchildren to paint portraits". The student has been painting portraits for a long time, even held an exhibition of her works at the college. In the future, she plans to improve her skills and teach children in her own studio. Anastasia has studied the history of the portrait genre, types of portraits, the place of the subject in modern art textbooks, and in her pedagogical practice she has discovered the most effective methods and techniques for teaching younger students to paint portraits.
Viktoriia worked on the problem of teaching papier-mâché technique in the technological education classes. The art of papier-mâché is interesting, exciting, and environmentally friendly, as it teaches how to reuse unnecessary paper (waste paper). The student conducted a series of lessons on this topic and identified the pedagogical conditions for effective papier-mâché teaching, formulated her own methodological recommendations.
During the defense, the managers saw confident, caring young colleagues who demonstrate a high level of preparation for work in primary school. This is encouraging and gives hope that Ukrainian education, despite all the difficulties, has a good future.
Science is organized knowledge, Wisdom is organized life. I.Kant

On 04.03.2024, an educational hour dedicated to the phenomenon of Volodymyr Ivasyuk's “Fate Has Its Own Spring” was held at the Municipal Institution “Balta Pedagogical Professional College”.
A young man... His songs resonate and help so much because, in addition to his genius, music, lyrics, and high motives to glorify the Ukrainian song, they also contain his weaknesses, joys and sorrows, pranks and jokes. In these songs, there is a guitar thrown into the bushes, a desire to be stylish. These songs include sleepless nights at work and sleepless nights in love, travels in the Carpathians, defeats, fear, mental disorders, and victories over them. They contain doubts and mistakes, happiness and freedom, and this is all life!
With these songs we grieve for our loved ones, we stand on the Maidan, we hide from rocket attacks, these songs give us hope, with these songs we experience losses, we confess our love, with these songs our soldiers go into battle, and it is with these songs that we will meet peace, because in these songs there is life, and life will definitely defeat death. His songs are timeless. They are eternal, they are the strength of our generations!
Volodymyr Ivasyuk is a brilliant composer, poet and singer who made Ukrainian pop songs popular and known throughout the world. His compositions have become a symbol of steadfastness and independence, love for the Motherland, native language and culture. During his short life, V. Ivasyuk became a legend. He is the author of 107 songs, 53 instrumental pieces, and music for several plays.
On March 4, the outstanding composer and poet would have celebrated his 75th birthday.
On February 9, 2024, teachers and students of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College held career guidance meetings with students of the final grades of lyceums in Kodyma.
The school applicants were told in detail about the conditions of admission, training and accommodation; they were shown a video presentation of the college, as well as speeches by students and teachers. It was a pleasure to communicate with our college graduates who are members of the administration and teachers of the lyceums. We would like to thank the staff of the institutions for the warm meetings!
You can feel the vibe of student life on March 25, when our educational institution will hospitably welcome all graduates at the Open Day, where there will be even more opportunities to get acquainted with the college! See you at our Alma Mater!
On February 7, a pedagogical master class was held for creative students of the first bachelor's degree and professional pre-university education by Tetiana Taran, a primary school teacher at the Sinnenska gymnasium of the Balta City Council of Odesa Oblast.
The topic of the event was "The Importance of Technological Skills for Primary School Teachers. Peculiarities of teaching technological education in a rural school". At the beginning of the meeting, the participants tuned in to inspired work with the help of "sun rays", then teacher Natalia Melenyshyn introduced the guest as her friend, classmate, graduate of the Balta Pedagogical School, told about Tatiana's hobbies of satin stitch embroidery and creating flower arrangements from candy.
The main part of the event was a speech by a teacher who shared her own pedagogical experience in an emotional and humorous way. The key theses were the importance of aesthetic education of students and the role of the disciplines "Art" and "Design and Technology" in this process, the effectiveness of the influence of beauty on the personality of children, especially boarding school and rural school students who need more attention and support.
At the photo presentation, students saw how creatively Tetiana Mykolayivna arranged the educational environment for her classroom and what interesting visual aids she makes for students.
The teacher attaches special importance to the thematic design of the classroom, creating photo zones. One of the attributes for a photo shoot is homemade polystyrene frames decorated with paper elements. The participants of the master class collectively made such a frame in the NUS color scheme.
The participants left with bright photos and good impressions. Each of the participants shared what was most interesting, useful and enjoyable for them. Everyone thanked each other with applause.
Tatyana Taran was awarded a letter of appreciation from the administration of the Baltskoye Pedagogical Professional College.
Few people know that the Greek word "τεχνη" [techno] means "art, skill, ability," meaning everything beautiful that human hands and minds are capable of. Unfortunately, the technological education sector in our country is still underestimated and underfunded, but thanks to the teachers' concern, their desire to develop students, teach them to express themselves by changing their appearance and the world around them with the help of technology, young people are eagerly interested in art, create and pass this spark to the next generations.

Teachers of the Cycle Art Commission of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College congratulated the staff on New Year and Christmas holidays! We thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the year 2023 under the Ukrainian sky!
The decade of national and patriotic education continues at the Balta Pedagogical Professional College. The 31st group (curator V. Buyanovska), students of groups 11 and 21, and art teachers prepared an educational hour “Headscarf - the guardian of female beauty”.
The hosts of the event, students of group 31, Karina Stukaliuk and Larysa Shenderuk, introduced the guests to folk traditions and rituals. Painting researchers Kristina Goshva and Oleksandra Skokleva provided interesting information about Ukrainian artists who depicted the headscarf, a decoration of Ukrainian women.
The concert program of the event included creative performances: a round dance with headscarves from the choreographic group "Richenka" (headed by Marina Razvodova), a vocal and instrumental composition "Come out, Hrytsia" performed by the band "Chisti Dzherela" (headed by Rostyslav Dimovskyi). Dymovsky Rostislav Fedorovich), poems from the 1st grade students of the Structural Subdivision of Primary Education of the Balti Pedagogical Professional College, the song "Mama's Shawl" by Olga Goryacheva, the ensemble of folk instruments "Dudaryk" with the composition "Ukrainian March" (director: Vikhrenko Tatiana Sergeyevna), staging of matchmaking (Senchak A., Seletska D., Paladiy A., Tomina A, Paladii A., Tomina V., Sheveleva H., Palarush O.), the song "Wounds Heal" by Daria Kravchenko, the song "The Enemy" performed by the vocal and instrumental ensemble "Phonic" by D. Hazhiy, Seletska D. (group 31), Zhumatiy I. (group 21), Vikhrenko Vasyl Kharytonovych and the head of the ensemble Yakobchuk Serhiy Oleksandrovych, a defile of girls of group 31 with headscarves, the song "Believe in miracles" by the quartet "Eversong" (headed by Viktor Valentynovych Kravchenko).
We keep the educational and cultural front.
Together to Victory!
To revive national identity and popularize Ukrainian ethnicity, an incredible educational hour “Headscarf - Guardian of Women's Beauty” was held on December 12. It was prepared by a friendly, creative team of students of the 31st group, headed by the creative curator Vira Viktorivna Buyanovska. The event organizers enriched the guests with valuable knowledge. They demonstrated the role of the headscarf in folk rituals by acting out a matchmaking scene. They also explored the place of the headscarf in the fine arts: it turns out that Ukrainian artist O. Murashko received a gold medal at an exhibition in Munich for his painting “Carousel” (1906), where he depicted two girls wearing headscarves, and contemporary artist N. Reznichenko created an unusual painting “Berehynia”, depicting a woman-mother in a headscarf with wings.
I was impressed that the authors of the famous song about the shirt "Two Colors" were inspired by a headscarf: black with red flowers. In a short time, the event's hosts shared many interesting facts about the headscarf. However, in addition to cognitive information, the audience also received aesthetic pleasure from lyrical Ukrainian songs, dances, playing folk and modern instruments, and contemplation of colorful headscarves during the fashion show of beautiful girls. Sincere and direct first-graders dressed in headscarves also performed on stage.
The event was a logical continuation of the photo project "Shawl-Beguardian", which was attended by students and staff of the college, as well as Women Defenders from Balta: Olena Boreiko and Olga Nyunko. Thanks to them and all of our Armed Forces, we are able to keep the educational and cultural front, to use our time, energy and talents to foster national dignity and pride. Many thanks and respect to Vira Viktorivna and tireless art teachers who engage children and young people in educating true Ukrainians: free, bright, with a beautiful inner and outer world!
Natalia Melenishyn
On the occasion of the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and on the eve of the Day of the Headscarf, the cycle commission of art teachers of the Municipal Institution “Balta Pedagogical Professional College” presented an exhibition of photographs “Headscarf-Beguardian”.
The photo project was attended by Tetyana Prytuliak, Antonina Shturba, Kateryna Podufalova, Maryna Razvodova, Natalia Melenyshyn, Vira Buyanovska, Olga Goryacheva, and Oksana Yadviga, Inna Prysyazhnyuk with her daughter Valeria, Pavlo Makovsky with his mother Marina, Iryna Karabinenko, Ksenia Zaborska, and our military men Boreiko Olena and Nyunko Olha.
The photos were created by graduates of the Balta Pedagogical College Yulia Drevitskaya, Dmytro Shenderuk and a student of group 31, Tatiana Sinyachova.
The images in headscarves were made by Olga Goryacheva, a costume designer at the educational institution.
We would like to thank Olena Perepilyuk, director of the Holmia Village House of Culture, Iryna Borbelya, director of the Borsukivka Village Ethnographic Museum, and Petro Tkach, director of the Balta Historical Museum, for the donated shawls and antiques.
On the eve of the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Day of the Ukrainian Headscarf, and as part of the duty of the cycle commission of art teachers of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College, an exhibition of photographs “Headscarf-Beguardian” was opened.
This photo project is dedicated to our military, thanks to whom we are able to live, study, and work.
In the photos you can see Baltimorean women who stood up to defend their homeland, namely: Elena Boreiko, a soldier-signalman of the 124th separate territorial defense brigade, and Olga Nyunko, a lieutenant and head of the personnel group.
In the past, women used to wear a headscarf, which not only decorated them as an element of their outfit, but also served as a family amulet. The headscarf accompanied the girl during her engagement, wedding, and throughout her life. A mother would give a Cossack a handkerchief to send him off to war.
Employees and students of our institution supported the initiative of Vira Viktorivna Buyanovska in creating a photo exhibition and became models of different images in the photos.
Olga Goryacheva, a costume designer at the college, demonstrated different ways of tying a headscarf.
The photos were taken by photographers - college graduates Yulia Drevitska, Dmytro Shenderuk, and a student of group 31, Tatiana Sinyachova.
We congratulate our defenders on the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine!
Thank you for the peaceful sky, for the opportunity to work and study offline!
On December 4, the first-year bachelor's students defended their term papers on the methodology of teaching technology education.
Tatiana Goryachkun successfully defended her work on the topical topic "The problem of using beadwork technology for national expression". The study showed that modern pupils, students, and teachers are not sufficiently competent in traditional Ukrainian beaded jewelry, and the beaded products offered by modern textbooks do not have national content. Tetiana got acquainted with the types of folk beaded jewelry: sylianka, gerdan, kryza, kotylion, and a wide range of modern jewelry in the national style. She also wore a beautiful gerdan for defense. The student worked with 4th grade students to develop their ability to express themselves through beadwork: the children made patriotic bracelets. T. Goryachkun also took part in an international scientific and practical conference with abstracts related to her course work topic.
Tetiana Matvienko also worked on an important study: "The Problem of Pupils' Development by Means of Quilling Technique". The student noted that the current generation of younger students is addicted to gadgets. This is detrimental to the development of fine motor skills, which are related to mental activity. Therefore, it is useful to involve children in quilling. Tetiana researched the history of quilling, the technology, and the accessories for the work, and analyzed the methodology for teaching quilling from textbooks. In practice, she worked on the effective organization of activities in the classroom, which allowed students to get involved in quilling, quickly and efficiently make snails.
The students learned a lot from the process and the result of writing their term papers. Both Tatyana's are already working as teachers, so the competencies they have acquired will be useful to them.
I am proud of our students!

On November 16, 2023, an online meeting of the regional methodological association of teachers of the disciplines "Technology" and "Art" of pedagogical colleges in the Southern region of Ukraine took place.
The event was attended by teachers from 13 institutions of higher education, including teachers from the Balta Pedagogical Professional College: Natalia Melenishin and Vera Buyanovskaya.
Nataliia Borysivna made a presentation on the importance of modern techniques and technologies in the formation of the creative personality of future primary education teachers, shared her experience of creative fruitful cooperation with students and her own creative achievements and findings. She demonstrated how to combine different techniques and materials in one product in an interesting way, how to create beautiful applications from trash.
She emphasized that it is now crucial to use technology for one's own cultural and national expression. To this end, more attention should be paid to the study of folk decorative and applied arts, Ukrainian symbols and traditions.
Shining eyes, sincere smiles, frank and relaxed communication - this is the atmosphere at the celebration at the Balta Pedagogical Professional College. Teachers and students congratulate everyone on Student's Day and are sincerely happy, because at such a time they do not lose hope for victory, and thank our Armed Forces of Ukraine for the opportunity to live, work and love.

On October 17, 2023, the Directorate of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College organized an excursion to the Borsukivka Ethnographic Museum for students to form their national identity, foster interest in folk crafts, and respect for the cultural heritage of the Ukrainian people.
An authentic room dating back to 1920 with more than 400 exhibits - old household items collected by the villagers and museum staff. Unique icons, embroideries, pottery, a loom and other items create an idea of a Ukrainian family that lived a century ago. The students had the opportunity to attend a master class in Petrykivka painting by Tetiana Borbelya, and today they will once again admire the works of the talented master.
We are sincerely grateful to the director of the Borsukivka Rural Ethnographic Museum, Iryna Borbela, and the director of the Balta Historical Museum, Petro Tkach, for the informative and interesting tour.
Special thanks for the location for the photo and the delicious porridge cooked by the friendly hostesses from the village of Borsuky according to a traditional recipe.
We value and preserve folk traditions!
We thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the opportunity to study and work under peaceful skies!
Glory to Ukraine!

Happy Artist's Day!
October 1 - International Day of Music
Music is one of the great aesthetic values of humanity. It is a tool of self-expression and inspiration, a source of indescribable feelings and emotions. Music brightens up people's lives, makes them feel happy and empathize, opening the door to the wonderful world of sounds and vibrations of our own soul strings.
Congratulations on the International Day of Music to all fans of this beautiful art form: teachers, musicians, singers, conductors, and everyone who just loves music.
We wish everyone beauty and harmony, joy, creativity and great pleasure from communicating with the multifaceted world of music. May your artistic thirst be filled with new strength - in happiness, health, and joy for many years to come!
Faith and confidence, light in the soul and joy in the heart!
Today, at the lesson of teaching methods of technological education, students of groups 31, 32 and 34 and I went on an excursion to the Balta Historical Museum. The director Petro Tkach kindly met us and presented a wonderful exhibition of straw products by the late Halyna Kushnir, a folk artist. He spoke in an interesting way about her life and work, and addressed the boys and girls with wise advice and good wishes.
Each work that we saw at the exhibition is unique, imbued with love for Ukraine. Although Galina Konstantinovna is no longer among us, the golden works of her golden hands still warm our souls with the warmth of beauty.
Students of 31 groups, teachers of art disciplines and employees of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College attended a master class in Petrykivka painting by artist Tetiana Borbela from the village of Borsuky. The artist shared her own secrets of performing traditional folk painting, which is popular both in Ukraine and far beyond its borders.
We sincerely thank Ms. Tetyana for her creativity, love for her native land, and popularization of folk art among students.
Special thanks to Tatyana Pritulyak and Petro Tkach for organizing the master class.
Petrykivka's miracle flowers
On a picture and a plate, on a shirt and a towel,
these cheerful flowers are everywhere,
we are among them - as in a flower garden.
Petrykivka's miracle flowers
The flowers are ringing;
the flowers speak to the whole world:
"Ukraine is truly a paradise."
In those flowers is our language,
Our rivers and fields...
Petrykivka dawns and every heart is happy.
And the sun is shining brighter,
and the cuckoo crows to us again...
The world according to these beautiful flowers
He recognizes Ukraine.
