For over twenty years, Ukraine has celebrated Science Day on the third Saturday of May. In 2024, the professional holiday for researchers fell on May 18.
Science Day is a holiday designed to honor the scientific traditions and achievements of Ukrainian scientists and to remind us that science is the basis of the nation's intellectual potential and its future.
Ukraine is a country with a high level of education and science. Even in wartime, national education and science are undergoing powerful transformations and changes, and modern scientific discoveries help accelerate these qualitative changes for the better.
The Balta Pedagogical Professional College is proud of its talented scientists, supports progressive scientific ideas, and promotes their implementation for the development of Ukrainian science.
On the occasion of the Day of Ukrainian Science, the College's Council of Scientists organized an exhibition of scientific achievements, which presents the scientific achievements of our teachers: monographs, collections of scientific papers, textbooks, bibliographies and literature aimed at helping organize educational and scientific work.
Kateryna Podufalova, Chairperson of the College's Academic Council, noted that the exhibition is a tribute to the scientists who, by teaching students, awaken the younger generation's zeal and perseverance in acquiring professional knowledge.
We wish you new achievements and generous dinners in the scientific field for the sake of peace and prosperity of our independent Ukraine!
