I learned the difference between e-commerce and e-business.
I learned that e-business is broader when it comes to scopes while e-commerce focuses on commercial transactions.
I learned that e-commerce is associated with e-marketing only which is focuses only in strategies and techniques that helps to promote the products and services they offer to the consumers.
I learned that e-business is all about conducting business in online platforms.
I also learned the Business Intelligence(BI) which is about the activities that a small business may undertake to collect, store, access, and analyze information about its market

TOPIC 2: INTERNET MARKETING

I learned that there is no better between traditional and digital marketing, that these marketing platforms are defending on how marketers use it.
I learned the different pros and cons of using both marketing platforms.
I learned the basic concepts of internet marketing.
I learned to establish my eagerness to learn when it comes to starting digital marketing career.
And I also learned that you need to be creative and have a passion when it comes in both traditional and digital marketing to keep up in your competitors in marketing field.

I learned that micro is referring to the environment which is in direct contact with the business organization.
I learned that macro has a wider contact than micro.
I learned the COSMIC analysis is for micro. While PESTLE analysis is for macro.
I learned some new info about SWOT Analysis.
And I also learned so many impacts of micro and macro environment in marketing.

I expand my learnings about the 4P's of marketing.
I learned that the products that offering to the consumers can be tangible and intangible.
I learned that in promotion we can use digital platforms like websites, social medias, and other platforms.
I learned how to price the product properly for the target customers.
And also I learned that different marketing list, being essential of marketing mix in building a business.

The online customer experience is crucial to a business because it directly influences consumer buying behavior and brand loyalty.
Speed and efficiency are key: Customers expect fast and reliable service when interacting with a brand online. Delays or complications can be detrimental.
Personalization enhances experience: Personalized content or recommendations based on customer preferences can significantly boost user engagement and satisfaction.
Clear and easy navigation on a website or app improves user experience, making it more likely for users to complete their purchase and return in the future.
Multiple communication channels: Providing numerous methods for customers to reach support (like email, chat, or phone) allows flexibility and shows customers that their queries and concerns are valued.
