2025 Schedule Pickup Hours: 9:30am - 6:30pm on Tuesday, July 29th
Schedule pick up is set for July 29th. Schedules will be active and located online on the Parent and Student portal of PowerSchool. They will be available on or shortly after July 29th. Be sure you can log in to PowerSchool to view your schedule before/during Schedule pick-up. You can log into your PowerSchool Account at https://bellevue.nebps.org/public/

If you are new to BPS you will need to stop in the Dean's office to get your picture taken. All other students' pictures are on file. BPS uses digital ID cards for 9-12 students. This is available through the BPS app on any device. To download the app, please use the following instructions:

All students will receive a district issued iPad.
These can be picked up on July 29th at schedule pick-up or when school begins in August.
In order for the iPad to be issued to a student, the following paperwork has to be filled out and money for insurance (if elected to participate in this service) returned to Bellevue East.

Please bring your receipt with you to schedule pickup.
If students do not get their iPad at schedule pick-up, they will receive their iPad when school starts. Without the paperwork and other items turned in and completed in its entirety, an iPad will not be issued.
Students with excessive fines will also not be issued an iPad.

Activity Cards can be purchased via credit card online through MySchoolBucks.com or students can stop by the athletic office with cash or check or credit card.
The cost of the 2025-2026 Activity cards are $70.
Physicals are required for ALL students participating on ANY athletic teams, prior to tryouts. You can find the appropriate physical forms at the following link:

Bellevue East High School offers a variety of NSAA sanctioned fall, winter, and spring sports. If you are interested in participating in any of these activities, please fill out the interest survey here.
BPS is fortunate to have the OneWorld Mobile Clinic the following dates this summer. Call ahead and get your physical completed.
Families need to make an appointment for a school or sports physical by calling 402-880-4870 for a time between 8-4 pm, Monday through Friday.
Transportation (Bus) information for your student can be obtained on the BPS website by going to the Transportation page. Here you can find out if your student is eligible to ride the bus by clicking on Transportation Eligibility or you can go there directly by clicking Transportation Eligibility.
If your student is eligible to ride, you can access their Bus #, Pick-Up Location and Pick-Up/Drop Off Times by clicking on Transportation Schedule, or you can go there directly by clicking Transportation Schedule.
Transportation Schedules will be available the last week in July and should be checked often throughout the start of the year as changes to your student's schedule can be made due to students being added and/or removed from routes. If you do not have internet access, please contact your school for routing information.

Bellevue Public Schools partners with MySchoolBucks. This is an online service for parents to prepay and/or monitor their students’ breakfast, lunch, and a la carte food items purchased at school.
Students with negative accounts from previous years should have and will receive negative lunch balance letters. These need to be paid as soon as possible via MySchoolBucks online or by sending cash or check with your student(s).

Transcript Requests
Student records/information will be released only when the request for such information is accompanied by a written consent of the parents/guardians of students under 18 years of age or eligible students. Please complete the consent form and return to Bellevue East High School Counseling Department. This form is valid for any and all colleges, universities, military, or other higher institutions of learning plus any and all scholarships for which a student applies.
