In the spirit of the BHS Core Values, the mission of the Instruction Leadership Team (ILT) is to promote, model, and support a professional learning community built on a culture of trust and respect driven by the desire to improve curriculum, instruction, and assessment, in order to increase both student engagement and achievement.

The vision of the BHS ILT is to communicate, collaborate, and creatively engage all stakeholders to improve student achievement, critical thinking, and citizenship.
