•  Practice begins Monday August 12, 2023 at 3:15-5pm

  • Starting Aug 12th -Mon-Thur.  @ 3:15-5:00pm &  Fridays 3:15-4:30 pm

  • Practice is mandatory Monday-Friday. 

  • If you feel the need to try out cross country, the signup period is from August 12-23 August 23rd is the registration deadline

• Where: Field and Track behind Rotolo Middle School.  Please park at the athletic entrance. 

• Fee: The RMS Sports Fee can be paid through Powerschool or in the main office at RMS. Fee is $150.

• What do I need:

  • AN UP-TO-DATE PHYSICAL ON FILE! IF YOUR PHYSICAL IS NOT UP TO DATE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PRACTICE! Please contact the main office to check physical dates if you are unsure. 6th graders' school physical also covers their athletic physical for the year.

  • Running Shoes, Water Bottle w/NAME

  • A watch with a stopwatch function, does not need to be a GPS watch - a cheap stopwatch, Timex or Casio will be sufficient. 

  • Activity Bus Info (bus transportation for your student following practices) -
    The RMS Activity buses start on Wednesday, August 14th. Students will need to provide their own transportation home from practice on Monday and Tuesday August 12th and 13th. Buses will run every day from RMS at 4:45pm. There will be an East Side and a West Side Route. Students will fill out a Google form each day to access the bus.   • Please note that all students riding the activity bus will leave the last 15 minutes of practice. All students receiving rides will finish up and be released at 5:00pm  . For detailed info on activity buses Click Here

MEET TRANSPORTATION:  Please note that all students will be bussed to and from AWAY meets. Parents will then pick up their student at Rotolo at our arrival time.  Parents are welcome to drive their students home from a meet if they wish but will need to sign them out on our Student Sign Out sheet before leaving the meet.  All home meets students will need their own means of transportation home.
