ATHLETE REGISTRATION / SPORTS PHYSICALS

All athletes are required to be registered and have a sports physical on file PRIOR to the start of tryouts.  Please follow the instructions below.

How to Register:

1. Go to: https://schools.snap.app/rotoloms

2. Click the “Registration” Button:
   You’ll find this button at the top of the page.

3. Create a new user account- use these instructions.

4. Follow the Prompts:
   Complete all required information, including emergency contacts, medical details, and consent forms.

5. Submit Your Registration:
   Review your information and submit. You’ll receive a confirmation email once you’re done.

Important Reminders:

• Registration must be completed, and a current physical must be uploaded before your student can participate in tryouts, practices, or games.

• If you haven’t completed your 2026 - 2027 physical yet, please still finish setting up your account and complete the registration. Be sure to upload your physical before tryouts or the first practice.
