PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT
All players will provide maximum effort in practice and games and will arrive on time and properly equipped (e.g. wearing practice uniform with equipment specified by the coach). Tardiness, not arriving properly equipped, and missing practices and/or games affects more than just the individual and can have significant consequences for team.
All players, regardless of ability and/or playing time are equal members of the team. Each and every player will treat all teammates with respect.
Student Athletes will perform to the best of their abilities in the all their classes. If an athlete is failing any classes they will be ineligible for the week.
All players will treat officials, opponents, and coaches with dignity and respect. Talking back to coaches and/or officials will not be tolerated and may result in loss of playing time or suspension from the team.
Players are expected to be present at all practice sessions.
When a player will be absent from practice, PLAYERS are responsible for informing the coach via email at the earliest possible time.
Always display a positive attitude, on and off the court. This includes body language.
Coaches strive for equitable playing time during conference play. Practice participation and the players ability to understands and execute team- fundamentals will impact playing time. During tournament play playing time will be determined by the coach.
