New student registration will be performed online:

Fall 2021 School Immunization Requirements (click here)
You can upload your student's health forms to the New Student Registration Form during the registration process, or via the following link if done after registration (click here).
After this form is completed, please allow 2-3 days for this form to be reviewed. Our Registrar will reach out to you if additional information is needed. If you need to submit additional information after completing this form, you may send it to registration@bpd3.org. Please reference your student's name and grade.
A registration snapcode will be sent to you to complete part 2 of the registration process.
