Shared Responsibility 

At Perryville Elementary, we embrace the Shared Responsibility component of the Family Friendly Schools model by fostering a collaborative environment where families, students, and staff work together toward shared goals. We recognize that student success is strengthened when families are linked to learning and actively involved in diverse roles that support the school community. This includes participating in parent-teacher conferences, offering valuable feedback through surveys, and helping to shape our school improvement efforts through action planning. We also provide a suggestion box in the front office and an online survey option to ensure every voice can be heard. Additionally, we are committed to supporting the social, emotional, behavioral, and academic well-being of our students through intentional classroom instruction in social-emotional learning (SEL). By sharing responsibility and keeping learning at the center, we create a school culture where every student feels supported, valued, and ready to thrive. 🤝📘💬🌟
