The Wellness Council of Boyertown would like you to join us for the 2nd Annual 1-Mile fitness challenge to help raise money to replace the digital board at Memorial Stadium. Each lap (400m) is a different fitness movement, starting with a Bear Crawl, then Burpee Broad Jumps, then Walking Lunges, and finishing with Running. This challenge can be completed as an Individual or as a Team of 2 or 4. When completing as a team, you will split each lap by the number in your team.
