Third Grade Supply List:
If you are unable to provide any of the school supplies, I can assist you. Please let me know if any of the supplies are needed for your child.
Start of Year:
3 plastic pocket folders, 1 of each of the following colors: red, yellow, blue. Please make sure that your folders match the colors we will be using. Thank you!
One 12-count box of #2 Pencils (already sharpened, please)
Two 16-count boxes of crayons
6+ Glue sticks
2 black marble composition notebooks, wide ruled: You might consider buying an extra one now while they are on sale in case you fill yours and need another during the school year.
4-5 BLACK* Expo Dry Erase markers, low odor, fine tip. *These erase best, thank you!
Earbuds or headphones in a zipper bag labeled with your name.
2 boxes of tissues
1+ roll of white paper towels – If you have tried to clean up a spill with our brown paper towels, you know why this is on our list. :)
EVERY DAY:
A snack and a bottle of water EVERY DAY.
***WE HAVE A STUDENT WITH SEVERE PEANUT AND TREE NUT ALLERGIES. PLEASE refrain from sending peanut or nut-containing products to school, and please wash hands thoroughly after consuming such products before entering the school environment.***
We will have a quick snack each day in the afternoon. To ensure the care of our books and papers, please refrain from sending in food that is greasy or messy. This afternoon snack should be healthy, quick to eat, and self-sufficient (meaning you should be able to handle it yourself). No candy, please! Some suggestions are baby carrots, apple slices, grapes, animal crackers, pretzels, string cheese, yogurt in a tube (nothing that requires a spoon), cereal, and cheese cubes.
