Armco Park is located in Boyd County Kentucky and is a great place to visit! The park has many features anyone can enjoy, including playgrounds , disc golf and adventurous hiking trails. We have designed this website to not only share the history of Armco Park, but to connect you to its features and its future that you can help develop.

"As a child...in the 1960's our church would always have our Sunday School Picnic at that park. That was such a special day. We would gather early in the morning on a Sunday and have a short church service. We met in Shelter house #1 (which I think has a different number now) there was a merry go round...big one...that someone would push until you were too dizzy to stand up...LOL There was a huge metal slide. We would spend the entire day there playing, eating and enjoying our friends. Such special memories. "
