The biggest mistake humanity has made is to separate Science and Religion. We now have amoral science and religions not based on facts. If the goal is to improve the “Life quality” of all humans, can you think of anything dumber than that? How many wars are justified on religious, ideological differences and how many lethal killing weapons have been produced by scientists. Directly linking these two is much smarter. Their messages become truer.
Intuition, reason, scientific facts, and hypothesized moral codes all say the same thing. Life is “a priori” and “a posteriori” caused at the same time. There is a past, now, and future always at work, all the time. The a priori future influences (conscious religious beliefs) the a posteriori past (data from science experimental facts) and vice versa; both consciously influence each other now, in the present. This duality causes both Uncertainty and Creativity. Therefore, to advance humanity, our Sciences must be moral and our Religions based upon facts.
This Religion/Science approach we call Universals. It is not preached but personally, mentally experienced. The proof of its value is shown in people. Quieting your very active mindset and doing it, orderly thinking about it, refreshes the soul. You develop more personal power. This religious cognitive scientific insight, this way of knowing more, can and must be imagined by people personally.
Most traditional Churches in the USA are experiencing a steady decline in membership. To help address this problem we have created the words, music, and silent prayer of an “Imagination” service; to be given one Sunday, at your church.
It is designed to be a direct outreach into your unresponsive, non-member community. Promote it as such. “We are trying something different, in our church this Sunday at 10:30 AM. It is called a personal Imagination session. Nothing is preached so a lot can be learned. You are invited to come hear the latest in Cognitive Science and its personal application to our spiritual Lives. Child care is provided. We are making great soups.”
If successful, then this approach to God will start naturally ebbing into your traditional services. In this way, by becoming more aligned with the true prophets of God, your church membership will start to increase. Jesus taught to stop preaching and start being with God.
God, nor any prophet of God, is to be deified and worshiped. Worshiping God or Mammon creates unwanted and not useful distances between people and their Creator. Instead, “Life more abundant” is to be directly and consciously experienced by individuals. Consciously imagine that, do that, and live better, for longer, on less. The proof is in this pudding. The personal results show this being, and not preaching, is the way to God; it is righteousness.
Periodically take the time and try re-imagining your place and rightful purpose in this Universe. In a silent prayer to God, you will feel the rightness of this new lifetime power immediately. Just imagine and do the better you, one idea step-up towards God at a time.
This "talking to God directly" is a Universal truth. Individual that understands this, and talk directly to God in this "in formative" way, are Universal. They are the Universes.
