Joining the program were the delegates from the host plant Dressing Plant Tarlac and three other participating group namely: Dressing Plant Pulilan, Dressing Plant Bataan, and INOZA/Toll.

The program was set to start with the invocation led by Ms. Mitch Nunag from HR-Department, followed by the introduction and parade of participating teams along with their coaches and internal event committees witnessed by fellow bounty employees.

In light with the company core values — sportsmanship and stewardship, the event showcased an array of engaging side activities that set tone for a thriving year of teamwork and camaraderie. One of these is the 'Tiktok Dance Challenge' joined by representatives of each delegates setting the game floor ablaze, hyping up the event despite sweltering heat weather.

Moreover, to keep the momentum afire, a fierce and dazzling showdown of beauty and elegance was also flaunted in the complex. This pageant was graced by stunners from four participating teams in hope for clutching the 'Best Muse Award' which will be announced at the latter part of the event.

In her address, the Dr. Lazaro emphasized the importance of celebrating the spirit of teamwork and camaraderie.

"We should not just celebrate our love to basketball but most importantly our love for our company. I hope that this event shall serve as an avenue to strengthen our bonds", Dr. Lazaro said in his remarks.
"Isang Puso, Isang DP — and may the best team win!", she exclaimed.
Moreover, leading the PDP contingent were Technical Group Manager Dr. Oliver C. Julian, Human Resource Manager Ms. Shiela Gonzalez, Ms. Myra Lyn Guiwa, Head of INOZA/VAP Tarlac, other coaches and event committees.

According to the event technical committee Engr. Jacinto Yumang, the basketball game series will follow a single-round robin format which expected to run for a maximum of six (6) days (depending on the result).

INTER-DP BASKETBALL GAME MECHANICS
Instead of a usual double round robin, games will be played in a single round robin format for the elimination round. In a 4-team round robin tournament, every team faces every other participant exactly once.
From the intensive three-day game face, the Top 1 standing team which able to sweep elimination round will advance to the semi-finals and granted a "twice-to-beat" advantages in the crossover against the Top 4 of the team standing.
The Top 2 and Top 3 teams will be playing a 'do-or-die' game for the semi-finals game.
The teams who will lose in the cross-over semifinals will undergo a "Battle for 3rd Match".
On the other hand, the winners in the cross-over semi-finals game will then advance to the Grand Championship Game. It should be noted that this final game would only consist of one game.
The team who will remain undefeated will be pronounced as the "Inter-DP Basketball League 2024 — CHAMPION".
